Simple startup idea - Looking for feedback (drbl.in)

I've been toying around with a project focusing company profiles/job pages. It's about 95% done and nearing a beta launch. I'm not sure if it's a multi-million dollar idea but I've been having a ton of fun with it. In any event, I certainly have a lot to learn, and am looking for feedback.
