In India, you can pay for GMAT using MasterCard, but not Visa

From My experience in last 1 year, since the only payment method is credit card, I have failed to find one Visa card, through which I could schedule my GMAT exam. But as soon as I try Master Card, it works like magic. Is this just India? or me?
