What are some good blogs to contact for a feature-based press release?

We are doing a press release around some new features. They are awesome and everything but I don't think they are worth my time trying to get picked up by big tech blogs. Our company was in Techcrunch once. Since we provide SaaS to small businesses, do you think it's better to reach out to bloggers in our industry to get picked up?
