Hi, HN. I am disgusted with our government and finally feel people are ready to hear the truth from us in the tech industry and not think we're tin-foil hat crazy. I also think it's time to draw the line and make it known that as Americans we do not approve of our government's actions. The global panopticon is real. Also, FYI, I'm a regular HN visitor, programmer, open source contributor, engineering manager, but I am posting anonymously. I am sure many of you will hate my post and think I'm junking up HN. To those people I apologize. I miss the days of reading awesome tech articles too. But I miss liberty more, and I think those of us obsessively upvoting NSA posts don't know what else to do. The people on this site are in my mind a large percentage of the great programmers in the world. HN is our cafeteria, playground, and classroom. We don't know whom else to talk to about this who would get it like we do.
