IPhone Power Button class action

OK, these guys are ambulance chasing, but there are a bunch of folks screwed by the power button failure. It looks like the following post was deleted from the apple discussion board, and I thought there might be some folks interested here:

IPHONE4 AND IPHONE4S CLASS ACTION

My law firm filed a class action based upon the iphone4 and iphone4s power button failure. The case is filed in United States District Court, Central District of California, entitled Ross Missaghi vs. Apple, Inc., USDC Case No. 13-CV-2003-GAF (AJWx). Our current class representative owns an iphone4s that failed. The Court has indicated that we need to add an additional class representative who owns an iphone4 in which the power button failed.
