Cloudant is looking for customer support engineers
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of customer support requests via chat, email and phone.
* Collaborate directly with Cloudant Engineering and Operations to help our customers solve big data problems of incredible scale.
* Interact with the developer community by turning common questions into online solutions (stackoverflow, quora, HN, etc).
* Help build and grow our developer community.
Requirements
* Excellent problem solving ability.
* Exceptionally clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of Javascript, Python, Ruby, and/or Java.
* Desire to take on responsibility and be accountable.
* Passion for learning new technologies and languages.
