Ask HN: Focus on website idea

I have a web app idea I'm looking to pursue, is it "good logic" to not focus on how im going to make money first and just worry about how I'm going to get people to use the app?

I've seen successes with both worrying about money and not worry about money upfront.

Any thoughts or advice are welcome.
