Great post. Our startup communities need more resources to help them "find product market fit & distribution.", test business models, pivot - if needed... etc.
Our mission is to connect startups with brands to drive innovation and powerful outcomes for all.
We do this through dev challenges where the winners receive test budget and a time commitment to get their product/service in market quickly. I.e., upcoming Sears' challenge: initial $40K test budget and commitment to be in market with startup by holiday 2013.
Not saying this model is perfect, but we need to evolve from where we are today to something more productive for startups and the industries who need them.
