Ask HN: vmxnet3 in vmware fusion 5?

I am running a VM on my mac and I need to set two network with vmxnet3. I am a web dev and have no idea what is it.

I am using vmware fusion 5. In the preferences of the VM, I have a network card but no vmxnet3 parameter.
