WHO WE WANT:

+ A creative problem solver with ambitions to build a big company

+ Experience with: SEO, AdWords, AdRoll, Facebook Ads, MixPanel, Twitter Ads, Customer.io, Mailchimp, Optimizely and other tools for customer acquisition, retention

+ Experience with setting up, monitoring and improving funnels

+ Experience with content creation and moderation

+ Experience with creating and improving: banner ads, contextual ads, landing pages, videos.

+ Ruby on Rails coding experience preferred

+ Experience with growth hacking and various marketing strategies is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ You will be managing 7-figure annual marketing budget

+ Setting KPI strategy and tracking effectiveness of all marketing channels.

+ Managing all online/offline marketing activities that will impact our user growth

+ Hiring and managing growth team

+ You should not be scared by perspective of hacking simple query to database or excel or creating simple html page to test some of your ideas.

+ Coordinating marketing efforts with other teams - sales, RnD and support.
