Poll: Require email verification during signup?

If you had a 3 step (web-based) sign up flow for a business service which requires: company info, billing info, then a required email verification step. Do you think its useful to have that required email validation step?

Use Persona - that way you get a valid email, and the user doesn't need to validate their email address (unless it's the very first time they use Persona).
