Show HN: Create a site for "adopting" public infrastructure (adopta.co)

This looks awesome. I think civic hacking is a powerful concept.

If I were in a different place in my life, I'd totally be applying to be a fellow for Code for America [1] (which is how/why this was built). They do incredibly awesome stuff for small governments around the US.
