True, I've always been curious about Flippa but leery of jumping on what seems like good deals, because I feel like a lot of the postings are pretty sketch.

wow never thought about that, but the is an awesome concept, to help startups to come out of the early stages with some $$, some office space and some marketing consultancy / dev power.
