Not going to create an account just to check out your new app. I just can't be bothered.
You should have some sort of anonymous/dummy/demo account where users can preview what your app is all about without signing up.
BTW, I made an app that is, I'm guessing really similar to yours, back in 2008 where I have a live demo so people don't have to signup first to check it out.
