Perfect Audience (http://perfectaudience.com) is looking to hire technical account managers to solve marketing problems for some of the coolest brands in the world.

As a technical account manager, you'll be a charter member of our customer success team, the secret sauce that makes 7,000+ marketers love working with us. You will resolve complex technical problems and answer detailed customer configuration questions for clients. You'll help them kick butt with our products and love every minute of it.

This job can be in San Francisco or Chicago.

Responsibilities:

-Talk to clients. Review their immediate and long-term needs. Get them what they need.

-Work with AdOps to make sure client campaigns are well-structured and set up.

-Work closely with the product team to implement and release features to clients.

-Troubleshoot product issues; must be willing to get their hands dirty.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years in client services

- Bachelors degree

- Comfort with HTML, CSS, JS

- You get excited about solving problems for people

- Startup DNA (everyone does a bit of everything when needed)

- Quick-witted enough to assess client problems quickly

- Quick-learner

- Good attitude and willingness to do _hard_ work

- Bonus: You know how digital advertising works, particularly retargeting
