Switching from SysAdmin to Dev. How much salary should I ask for?

Hi all. I'm finishing up my Masters in C.S. from a school that isn't in the top 20.

I was working as a system administrator for two years before I went for my Masters and now I want to switch over to Web Development.

So,with no software dev experience but an M.S. what kind of salary should I ask for at interviews?
