Ask HN: Anyone else stuck in Apple Developer Approval Hell?

We realize the Developer portal was hacked and down for some time, but now it's back up. We have a finished app and it's not even a matter of getting it approved, we can't get our Developer application looked at. We submitted the DUNS and everything, but for over a week just sitting at

We have received your program enrollment and are reviewing the information you submitted.

Anyone else experiencing this or know a workaround? I mean, we'd like to start selling our app to, you know, make Apple money.
