True Link is hiring a front-end developer with an eye for design. You will shape the core product and user experience of True Link's banking service for the elderly (a service especially designed to protect seniors from fraud and scams, a $100 billion / year problem, hence the "protect grannies" headline).

Simple, intuitive UX is core to our value proposition, and you'll lead the charge to make this a reality.

Our world-facing site has three components: - A cardholder website (think online banking) designed to be friendly, simple, and usable - Static informational content - Frequently-updated public educational materials, like a blog and forums - To restate bullet point one, an online banking experience that isn't terrible

We're looking for someone who: - Believes in the company's social mission - Has a good eye for design - Is excited to iterate based on extensive user-driven development and testing - Can make things work in Javascript and HTML/CSS (or HAML/SASS) - Is fluent and productive in Rails, the more full-stack the better - Is passionate about simplicity

You'll be one of the first ten members of our venture-backed team. We're scrappy and fresh, and our team includes top talent from Visa and MasterCard and backing by leading Silicon Valley investors.

You can expect a competitive salary and equity package, medical and dental, and an office in downtown San Francisco. You can also expect abundant laughter, snacks, and the opportunity to work with a world-class, mission-driven team.

True Link is based in San Francisco. Email jobs@truelinkcard.com if you're interested.
