Increasing logical display resolution on OS X (HiDPI)

1) In console:

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver DisplayResolutionEnabled -bool YES

2) Log out/in

3) Select one of the HiDPI modes in Preferences -> Resolutions
