Physicians/Doctors of Hacker News, Can you Help?

I am international fresh MD graduate. I am interested in getting a research position in the US. I am willing to pay $5000 or more for anybody that can help connect me with a physician willing to take a research post-doc fellow. What are some ideas to get connected in the health-field if you are not connected?
