Are you serious? Pax ganged up on himself. He doesn't need any enemies apart from his own attitudes and public statements. It's disingenuous to try to find reasons for his firing apart from common sense and self-preservation on the part of Business Insider.
This article is easily the most offensive composition I've ever seen posted on Hacker News. Includes the phrases "white woman fetish" and "hit every branch of the ugly tree on the way down."
