Ask HN: Volunteering for Non-profits (programming/webdev)

I searched around on google, but I couldn't find much; or at least that matched my criteria. Is there somewhere that I can go to find non-profits in need of X? Where X is web development, or programming expertise (about all I can offer).

http://www.volunteermatch.org/ and idealist.org were the two that stood out, but I couldn't find anyone looking for those skills.
