Most technologically advanced, forward-thinking browser

To beat on a topic that has been beaten on for years...

I wanted to hear some opinions from the HN community on what the most technologically advanced, forward thinking and robust browser is. Note that I haven't used the word "best" because that is up to interpretation. Some people might prefer Opera because of some slick feature that Chrome or Firefox don't have...heck what do I care? But this question is more of a "looking at the browsers for what they are, taking into account the framework, the features, the mission the team who creates the browser has, etc...what is the
