Chrome leaks saved passwords like GTalk chat incedent

My friend cleared the cache in Google Chrome and now he has access to another person's saved passwords. This person has never used my friend's computer.

He asked me what's up and I remembered a similar incedent with Google Talk a few days ago.

Has this happened to anyone else?
