Ask HN: If you have kids, what would be the best place for them to grow up?

If you have kids, and had the means to live anywhere and not worry about money, where would you live, with your kid's best interest in mind? (The 'money not a problem' obviously means being able to live anywhere you choose -- I'm not equating affluent place=best.)
