Ask HN: Any Cengage authors here (chapter 11 question)

I just found out Cengage has filled for Chapter 11 (I moved just before this happened and the mail went to the old house).

I'm not in the US and I don't think they own me more than a couple hundred bucks on royalties so I'm not too concern about it, but would like to know if I have any chance of getting the book rights so I can publish the book for free online.

Any other authors that may know more than I do care to shed a light?
