Ask HN: Which typing software do you recommend?

I am already a fast writer but I recently watched Andrew Gerrand's talks and he types goddamn fast. I want to be somewhere close to that, so I gotta improve my speed in typing and coding.

I am not an English speaker so it'll also make me faster writing in English I suppose. Any recommendations?
