Ask HN: Best choice for hosting Maven repository and continuous integration?

Can anyone recommend a good hosting provider where we can host our Maven 2 repository and continuous integration server? Is there a company out there that specifically does this? I've search around and can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I could setup Nexus and Hudson, but I don't have any extra machines. Plus, I'd rather pay someone else to deal with all that so I can focus on building the application.
