- Have senior-level experience with the following technology stack: PHP, jQuery, CodeIgniter, Ajax, MySQL

- Have experience managing a team of remote junior developers
- Can routinely work 16+ hour days

I'll admit most people probably aren't cut out for even 12 hrs per day. But the payoff will be worth it in the end for whoever comes along with us. I've done 12+ hour days on average for the past 18 months to get the site to launch.
