Rails developer needed asap

Looking for a rails developer for a startup. This is a paid job, but ideally this person would be interested in the project to become cofounder/CTO and work long-term.

This is 100% remote, but I'm only looking for people based in the US.

* Rails

* Angular or backbone

* CSS/HTML chops

* Heroku

Experience with SaaS, building web apps, monitoring and scaling a plus
