QA Contractors?

We're looking for someone to design and implement a thorough suite of tests (automated and manual) for an app that we can run ourselves as part of a continuous deployment development cycle. Does anyone know of a reputable company that provides this sort of service, and what sort of rates one might expect?

At present it's iOS only, but we plan to expand to other platforms.
