Role description We are a YC W14 startup looking for a talented UI designer to help us visualize the future of business travel. Our experiential service is supported through a uniquely simple user interface. You must have developed an aesthetic taste that is distinctive and admired. You are ready to grow your skills within a world-class team of engineers & product managers.

Responsibilities Concept and implement the visual language of our landing page.

Develop pixel perfect Photoshop comps

Create and advance site-wide style guides

Storyboard/prototype UX experiences

Present at weekly product meetings

Requirements A diverse portfolio that exhibits excellent use of typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements

Knowledge of front end markup: HTML/CSS/JQuery/other

Strong sketching skills

Image compression best practices

Full knowledge of Adobe CS

Information design skills

You've unpackaged at least one Apple product

BFA/MFA or equivalent industry experience

Bonus Skills

Ability to measure pixels by eye

Experience in user testing and background knowledge in usability

Icon design

Experience designing for mobile devices (optional)
