Ask HN: How long and how much would a geo-location based app cost to make?

any iOS developer have a price range? let's say design costs: 15-20k if i were to outsource it would the development cost like 50k or 150k if backend was figure out?

i'm not talking about a prototype. a fully-functioning product based app with social features built in.
