About You
You will be the point of contact for a wide range of companies, from well known Silicon Valley startups to foreign governments. You have a great commitment to providing outstanding customer service for all post-sales activities. You like wearing a lot of different hats, from managing customer setup and interactions, to working closely with the product and engineering teams, to improve service quality for customer accounts.

Responsibilities
* Point of contact for a wide range of company accounts (startups to Fortune 500s)
* Collaborate with the MobileWorks team to define customer needs
* Project manage customer setup and trial processes
* Work closely with the product and engineering teams to improve service quality for customer accounts
* Provide customer service and manage customer inquiries

It might be a match if you:
* Have 1-3 years experience in account management, customer support, sales or a client facing position
* Are fun, friendly, and passionate about keeping customers happy
* Know how to write a polite and friendly email
* Are fanatically organized and detail oriented
* Are comfortable doing new things and working outside your comfort zone

Bonus points if you have:
* No fear of learning new technology and pushing your limits
* Sales experience
