Does anyone have resources for a BTC-only round?

There is regulatory (quite strict really) considerations surrounding the execution of capital fundraising and PPM offerings. I want to raise a small pool of capital (10BTC-20BTC)strictly in BTC.

I would be able to hire the talent needed to execute and pay for the infrastructure needed to deliver a minimum functioning product with this money. Has anyone found any good resources for a capital fund raise strictly in BTC? I was wondering if the area is grey enough to circumvent the accredited investor requirements (100K annual salary or 1M liquid) and could I offer equity for BTC directly through a PPM offering without red tape. Any help or guidance would be awesome.
