How to get the best results out of Mturk?

Does anyone have decent experience using Mturk as a requester? YouTube has traditionally been a great resource, but there is really very little information that I could find that is for "requesters" (i.e., not "workers).

I've run several batches, but only seem to get responders that have previously only had 0% acceptance rates.

If anyone has tips or a link with a tutorial to share that would be much appreciated.
