This nonsense is peddled in the ghetto and underclass by charlatans and con artists parasitizing off people that haven't had the privilege of a robust educated lineage handed off to them (for a number of reasons). The Alex Jones's of the world have made a really nice living for themselves.

Illuminati conspiracy theories are goal post moving blanket subjective concepts used to mean whatever the cult leader of the moment wants them to mean. The NSA is a real agency. That's the difference.
