Ask HN: Are there any GitHub apps present to suggest you which users to follow?

I tried to google for such application, but could not find anything specific which could suggest after looking at user's profile. AFAIK even github doesnt show any such recommendations. I am thinking to build a github app on these grounds, and was curious if something similar already existed.
