Poll: Do you struggle with procrastination?

I noticed a lot of people on HN complain about procrastination, and also, when HN was down the last day, people were calling it the most productive day in the Valley.

There are many theories but I am just wondering (and hope people will discuss) if:

- HN attracts procrastinating people

OR

- HN makes people procrastinators
