Meet new people over coffee (bit.ly)

This is my first app - we are making it because we wanted to meet new people outside of our network, particularly those whose professional work interests us. I have no design experience though, so could use some feedback from those who have it. Our goal is to help people quickly be matched up with others in their city whose professional backgrounds are likely to be interesting to them, and make it super easy to strike up conversation and meet offline. Kind of like a dating site, but with the professional context of LinkedIn.
