What are the best startups in israel / tel aviv?

hi there, i am an english speaking high performer in silicon valley. i am getting the international bug and for various reasons have honed in on tel aviv.

interested in hearing thoughts about:

-is this a good idea? would the opportunity cost of leaving silicon valley high?

-ideas of startups i should consider. criteria: more interested in later stage startups that are over one or two years out, have been through a round or two of funding, and are around 50+ employees. so a small business is probably a better descriptor. re. industry wide open to possibilities. goes without saying i would want to join a fast growing one with compelling technologies.

also open to hearing strategies on how to find out. so far, have been reaching out to network and asking friends of friends who would know.

as for my skills: marketing, market research, business strategy, product management.
