Poll HN: Working fulltime on someone else's startup while building your own?

More then ever, companies claim to want employees who are entrepreneurial-minded. I am wondering how many of us are working full-time at somebody else's startup while building our own on the side. I want to stimulate a conversation about the ethics of this and if anyone has stories, thoughts or tips to share. If everyone is an entrepreneur who will be the employee?
