I dig Oren's candid feedback from operating within a large tech company. "Frustrating at times" but they shipped a pretty cool product with SnapFix
Oren's point about how projects are managed differently in startups and the corporate environment really rang true with me.

SnapFix seems to really fit within Clayton Christensen’s “Jobs to Be Done” theory. Users aren’t hiring the product (Angie’s List) to read reviews, they’re hiring Angie’s List to fix a hole in their wall and SnapFix removes a lot of steps/friction in making that happen.
