Microsoft Office 365 / Sharepoint – Corrupting documents

We've just trialled Sharepoint online via Office 365 in our organisation.<p>It appears documents edited via their 'Online Web Apps' can suffer severe corruption. Microsoft are completely unhelpful.<p>http://community.office365.com/en-us/forums/154/p/219614/673304.aspx
