Ask HN: Made 1 iOS app – does it qualify?

I'm an iOS developer, I have been developing and sustaining 1 to-do app for 3 years now. I'm stilling working on it (the 2.0 version of it, is in the works), but was wondering if freelancing would be an option if, say I chose not to continue working on it. Does it depend on the type of apps I built or the experience I had building them?
