As the Growth Lead, you will develop and implement ideas that dramatically increase customer acquisition, retention, and engagement for our consumer and merchant products. In this cross-functional role, you'll work at the intersection of data, product and marketing to build scalable and repeatable methods for growth. Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and scalable growth ideas

- Design and implement experiments to evaluate growth ideas

- Optimize conversion rates for existing growth channels and product features

- Analyze consumer, merchant and product data to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

- Insatiable desire to learn

- Exceptional creativity

- Experience with analyzing large datasets

- Agile and resourceful

- Not afraid to talk to customers

Bonus:

- Experience shipping product with real world usage

- Experience driving marketing campaigns from beginning to end

- Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization

- Experience with Python, Ruby or MVC Frameworks
