Ask HN: CtrlP for Emacs?

Having recently made the switch from Vim to Emacs + Evil (and friends) there is one plugin that I haven't been able to replace yet: CtrlP.vim

The closest I've come to replicate its behavior in Emacs is with Projectile + Helm. The downside being that Helm has no integration with ido-flx, or grizzl, or any amazing fuzzy searching and ranking algorithm like CtrlP does.

What do ex-Vimmers that have been spoiled by CtrlP use to replicate its awesomeoness in Emacs?
