Rich JavaScript app: Angular.js vs React.js with what?

There is Angular.js which is a popular choice nowadays for rich UI web apps. And we have new amazing React.js, but it covers only a part of what Angular.js does, so it's not enough alone. What libraries would you suggest to use with React.js for organising the application, state / routing, dependencies? Would it be a efficient way to have a quick UI?
