High performance webserver for PHP on Windows (appserver.io)

Is there a need for a high performance webserver written in PHP running PHP applications like Magento. The server is delivered with easy installation/setup, drag-n-drop deployment and speed is at least on nginx/PHP-FPM level, even higher! Actually there are versions vor Linux, Mac + since some day for Windows also ... what do you think?
