What was the issue? Obviously this is a result of really bad outsourcing but I've had about a dozen seriously good customer support interactions in the past six months. These were all Mac related though. Clearly it's not the case that Apple support is shit but probably more accurate to say iTunes email support is shit.
Trying to redeem a gifted app. The App Store app in iOS 7 just shows a blank page when trying to tap the "Redeem Now" link. The app doesn't show up in "purchased apps". The 3 support replies before this have all been completely unrelated form replies.
